Seventh: General Policies and Terms:
Wood House Fitout company store, Commercial Registration No. 7051717317, displays and sells products via electronic marketing. Conditions for completing the purchase process: You are entitled to purchase from our store and utilize our services if the following eligibility criteria are met:
  • You are able to provide a local address and mobile number in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia linked to WhatsApp or email.
    The customer acknowledges and agrees that using the website constitutes an explicit acknowledgment of having read and understood the provisions of this agreement and how to use the store, as well as express consent to its terms and conditions with full legal capacity. Use of the store constitutes an explicit commitment to all current and future terms.
    Placing an order and transferring its financial value constitutes acknowledgment by the customer of approval of ordered products with full awareness of all specifications. Product replacement occurs only upon receipt by the customer, due to a manufacturing defect (breakage, peeling, scratches) or non-conformity, and must be within the designated timeframe from receipt date.
    The customer acknowledges review and agreement to the delivery and shipping timeframe outlined in shipping policies. Official holidays, public breaks, and weekends are not counted as business days in Saudi Arabia.
    The customer agrees to convert their order from immediate delivery to the standard shipping timeframe should stock run out, pending replenishment.
    Upon delivery, the customer assumes all costs related to installation or unloading (technician fees, assembly). We do not bear any additional costs after the customer receives the product from the shipping carrier unless the product includes free assembly or transport.
    Once the order is shipped for any reason, no liability is assumed for shipping delays, losses, or refusal to accept delivery from the shipping carrier branch or courier.
    The customer forfeits all rights upon violating store terms and conditions with prior knowledge thereof.
    The customer acknowledges that all products displayed on the store are manufactured on demand either in factories in the People’s Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, or the Arab Republic of Egypt. The manufacturing location is determined by store management based on order circumstances and product type, without obligation to notify the customer of the specific location.
Eighth: Customer Legal Capacity:
  1. You must be of legal age, possessing recognized legal capacity to contract with the store and purchase products in your country of residence, or at least 18 years of age.
  2. The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this clause, you shall bear the full consequences of such violation toward third parties.
Ninth: Store/App Usage Rules:
  1. The consumer undertakes to use the electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer undertakes, upon purchasing a service or product, not to use it in violation of public morals and applicable laws in Saudi Arabia.
Tenth: Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying for membership in this store, you are required to disclose specific information and select a username and confidential password:
  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, agreeing to notify the store immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
  2. The store is not liable for any direct or indirect, moral or material loss resulting from disclosure of your customer name or password.

  3. The customer agrees to general broadcast messages sent by management regarding terms or dealings.
  4. Social media channels are dedicated to new customers and existing customer order inquiries.

Twelfth: Order Cancellation or Account Ban by Store:
Wood House Fitout reserves the right to cancel orders or block dealings for the following reasons:
  1. Payment failure, or failure to complete payment within 24 hours of ordering.
  2. Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.
  3. Customer absence or delay exceeding 10 days in collecting the order from the shipping carrier.
  4. Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of harm, retaliation, or defamation) and social media defamation.
  5. Any such conduct results in an immediate ban from dealing with us.
Thirteenth: Customer Violation of Terms and Regulations:
  1. The customer waives all rights upon violating store terms. Recording or screenshotting conversations is considered a violation, and the store retains the right to claim compensation for damages caused by comments, posts, or threats.
  2. Any abuse, defamation, or threats harming the store, employees, or shipping carrier gives the store the right to claim compensation before competent authorities.
Fourteenth: Quality Warranty:
  1. The company provides a one-year warranty on all displayed items from receipt date, by replacing the part exhibiting a defect resulting from manufacturing rather than misuse.
  2. The warranty does not cover accessories, pillows, and electrical components.
  3. The warranty does not cover misuse (burning, breakage, washing, excessive wear, staining, damage from chemical cleaners).
Fifteenth: Shipping and Delivery Policy:
A- Shipping:
All products displayed are from global design houses and factories located in Saudi Arabia, shipped via local shipping companies.
Our store delivers orders using (Aramex, Thabit, Flow, and others) across Saudi Arabia. The store does not alter the address and hands it over as written by the customer.
Delivery occurs to the address or city branch depending on carrier availability. Shipping delays due to incomplete information relieve the store of delay liability.
Return of shipment due to missing details obligates the customer to pay return and re-shipping costs.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Note: Once a shipping waybill is issued during the delivery window, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping company. Delays are beyond store responsibility; hence the customer may not request order cancellation or refund if delays arise from the carrier.
B- Delivery Duration:
Agreed shipping duration is stated in the order offer. Up to 5 business days may be added for force majeure conditions related to shipping and manufacturing, preventing the customer from requesting cancellation, refund, or legal action before the lapse of 34 business days. In case of mutual cancellation, the refund is processed without compensation if returned promptly.
Official holidays and weekends are excluded from business days in Saudi Arabia.
Delays caused by shipping carrier capacity or force majeure are beyond store control; issues are tracked directly with the customer.
Free shipping is provided on select promotions as advertised.
Note 1: Deliveries outside major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) may have 10 extra business days added beyond the 15-day baseline during force majeure due to scheduling and lower order volume.
Note 2: During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, delays may increase by 20 to 25 business days beyond the agreed period, during which the customer cannot cancel the order.
Sixteenth: Exchange, Return, and Cancellation Policy:
A- Product Return and Exchange Conditions:
  1. Eligible for return only if the product is defective or exhibits a manufacturing flaw.
  2. Must remain in original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Scratched or damaged products from misuse or incorrect voltage connection are rejected.
  3. Return/exchange is permitted within 24 hours of receipt only, subject to administrative fee deductions.
  4. Display colors may vary across screens; slight color variations do not warrant return or exchange.
  5. Full refund cancellation is permitted within the first 24 hours of pre-orders, or if delivery exceeds 34 business days beyond the specified delivery duration (excluding weekends and official holidays).
  6. Fast-delivery products are dispatched within 1–2 business days; cancellation is not accepted for fast-delivery items.
  7. Products are made on demand. For defective items within delivery duration, the store reserves the right to cancel and refund, replace if defects are major, or repair if minor, without customer objection.
  8. Actual dimensions may vary slightly (increase or decrease by a few centimeters) due to manufacturing methods. Displayed measurements are approximate references.
B- Cancellation Policy:
  1. Products are made on demand; cancellation is disallowed unless the agreed timeframe (14 to 29 business days) is exceeded. Up to 5 extra business days may apply for force majeure, and 20 to 25 extra business days during holidays/seasons, precluding cancellation or refund requests.
Seventeenth: Return Method and Conditions:
  1. For items received via our representatives, contact our store number or email shown on the homepage.
  2. For items received via approved carriers, return via the same carrier.
  3. Refunds/exchanges are calculated based on original purchase invoice value; the original invoice is required.
  4. For electronic payments, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method and amount.
  5. Custom-made orders cannot be returned under any circumstances as dimensions and specifications were customized; the store commits to adjustments and return shipping if required for repair.
Eighteenth: Shipping Warranty:
Wood House Fitout provides a warranty covering shipping damage or breakage for large and fragile items at store expense, not customer expense.
Nineteenth: Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries are conducted daily except Fridays and official public holidays in Saudi Arabia.
Twentieth: Delivery Procedures:
  1. Electronic signature or invoice signing is required upon delivery. If unsigned, carrier tracking proof to the stated address serves as proof of intact receipt. Delivery to any person present at the address constitutes valid customer receipt. If delivery fails at the specified address, policies apply; contact customer support to reschedule.
  2. The store is not responsible for unloading, assembly, or providing technicians for items not requiring installation.
  3. Wood House Fitout guarantees shipment safety against theft and damage until delivery. The customer is responsible once the receipt document is signed; product inspection is required before signing.
  4. Shipping is conducted via approved shipping companies within Saudi Arabia or via our fleet.
  5. All beds are manufactured in two sections: bed box and headboard, for transport ease.
  6. Large beds (180 cm, 200 cm and above) feature a split bed box into two parts to navigate apartment doors and ease transport.
  7. Remote area delivery surcharges may be added.
Twenty-First: Amendments to Terms of Use:
  1. Invalidation of any clause does not void remaining provisions, which remain effective until further notice.
  2. This agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the operational mechanism between consumer and store.
  3. The store may levy fees on certain users depending on offers, products, services, or statutory taxes.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount fees under this agreement.
Twenty-Second: Payment and Settlement Services:
  1. Payments occur via the electronic store with itemized invoices. Cash on delivery incurs an extra fee of 70 to 100 SAR depending on product nature.
  2. Online payment systems are supported via available methods provided on the store.
  3. The store commits to pricing according to recognized fair market value.
  4. The store provides invoices and receipts for all transactions.
Twenty-Third: Intellectual Property:
  1. Wood House Fitout store and related services are fully owned by Wood House Fitout. Tampering, hacking, or unauthorized exploitation is strictly prohibited.
  2. Subject to compliance, you are granted personal access to browse and use the platform.
  3. You are solely responsible for content originating from your account.
  4. Unauthorized access to other accounts or data extraction is strictly prohibited.
  5. By agreeing, you grant the platform the right to monitor account content for service delivery and regulatory compliance, with rights to litigate breaches within one month without notice.
  6. You are solely responsible for account access credentials.
  7. You grant the store full rights to use your account profile content for promotional and advertising purposes without prior consultation.
  8. By agreeing to the privacy policy, you grant full authorization to use personal information submitted to the app.
Twenty-Fourth: Store Liability:
  1. The store commits to lawful business operations in accordance with Saudi Arabian laws and this agreement.
  2. The store assumes no liability for claims arising from errors, negligence, or actions caused directly, indirectly, accidentally, or via third parties such as shipping companies.
  3. Wood House Fitout, its personnel, and owners commit to providing lawful, sound products authorized under Saudi laws.
  4. The store is not liable for incorrect usage of the application or booking services.
  5. The store is not liable for losses resulting from third-party account misuse.
  6. The store is not liable for unaccepted or canceled reservations.
  7. The store is not liable for third-party expenses or damages relating to your store use.
  8. The store is not liable for reasonably unforeseeable losses from unintentional negligence.
  9. Liability limitations apply regardless of legal basis (contract, warranty, tort, negligence, or statute).
Twenty-Fifth: Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store may suspend, terminate, or restrict user access at any time, without prior notice, and for any reason.
Twenty-Sixth: Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Twenty-Seventh: General Provisions:
This agreement governs the contractual relationship between store and client under Saudi law. Parties acknowledge:
  1. The Arabic language governs interpretation and translation of these terms.
  2. Prices are subject to periodic modification.
  3. Promotions and marketing offers are temporary and subject to modification or cancellation at any time.
  4. Dealings must comply with Sharia rules and Saudi Arabian commercial regulations.
  5. The agreement is modified or terminated solely by store management decision.
  6. Disputes and non-contractual claims are settled exclusively via the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  7. Third parties not privy to this agreement hold no rights of enforcement.
  8. Nothing herein establishes a partnership, agency, or joint venture; parties act strictly as independent entities.
