Fifteenth: Shipping and Delivery Policy

A. Shipping

Please note that all products displayed in the store come from international factories and design houses located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The products are shipped through local shipping companies.

Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Therefore, we have made the shipping and delivery process easier for you because your comfort is our priority.

Our store delivers your orders through shipping companies, including Aramex, Thabit, Flow, and other companies, throughout all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The store does not make any modifications to the address. The address is provided to the shipping company exactly as entered by the customer.

The shipment is delivered to the address or branch available in the customer’s city, according to the options provided by the shipping company. Any shipping delay caused by insufficient information exempts the store from responsibility for the delay.

If the shipment is returned due to insufficient information, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the shipment to the store and shipping it again.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.

Note: If the shipping label is issued during the order delivery period, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping company. Any delay in receiving the order shall be outside the store’s responsibility. Accordingly, the customer shall not have the right to request order cancellation or a refund if the specified delivery period is exceeded due to a delay caused by the shipping company.

B. Delivery Period

The shipping period agreed upon when completing the order shall be as specified in the order offer. An additional five (5) business days may be added due to force majeure circumstances related to shipping and manufacturing.

The customer may not submit a cancellation or refund request or take any legal action before a period of thirty-four (34) business days has elapsed.

If we accept the cancellation of the order and refund the customer immediately upon receiving their request, the customer shall not be entitled to claim any compensation, provided that we have not delayed refunding the order amount to the customer. However, in the event of procrastination or delay in refunding the order amount, the customer shall have the right to claim compensation after issuing a warning or notification to us.

Weekly holidays, official holidays, and public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not counted as business days. We are required to comply with the applicable laws of the Kingdom and apply them to this agreement, and they may not
