How long does it take to make a piece?
Most pieces are made in 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the piece; the time is shown on each product page. After you order, our team contacts you to confirm the exact delivery date.
Can I order a different size, colour or fabric?
Yes. Most of our designs can be adjusted in size, wood, fabric or finish. Message us on WhatsApp from the product page with what you need, or place a custom order.
Where are Woodhouse pieces made?
Every piece is designed and made in our workshop in Riyadh, so we control quality from the first cut to the final finish.
Can I change my order after paying?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can adjust details before production starts; once production has started, changes are difficult because the piece is made for you.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard) on a secure, encrypted payment page, or split the amount into 4 interest-free payments with Tabby.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, because every piece is made to order for you.
Do you have a discount code?
Subscribe to our newsletter and you will get a 10% code for your first order. The full-look discount (10%) cannot be combined with discount codes; only one of them applies.
Delivery & installation
Is delivery and installation free?
Delivery and installation are always free in Riyadh, and free to every city in the Kingdom for orders of SAR 15,000 or more. For other cities the price depends on the city and is shown at checkout.
Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
Yes, we deliver to most cities in the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Qassim, Abha and Tabuk. See delivery prices by city.
Who installs the furniture?
Our own team delivers, assembles and installs every order. We check entrance and lift dimensions with you beforehand, and some large pieces are designed to be assembled on site.
Warranty & returns
How long is the warranty?
Every piece has a 2-year warranty on the wooden frame, joints, drawers and hinges against manufacturing defects. Details are on the warranty page.
Can I return a piece?
Our pieces are made to order for each customer, so they can only be returned for a manufacturing defect. In that case we inspect the piece and repair, replace or refund it. See the returns policy.
What if a piece arrives with a problem?
Inspect the piece with our delivery team on arrival. If you notice any problem, message us on WhatsApp with clear photos and your order number.
Materials & care
Which materials do you use?
We use natural wood, marble, upholstery fabrics and metal in different finishes depending on each design; materials are listed in each product description. Outdoor sets are made of weather-resistant teak.
How do I care for wood and marble furniture?
Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid strong chemical cleaners, and wipe any liquid off marble straight away. Read the care tips in the Woodhouse Journal.

Is the consultation free?
Yes, the first consultation with a Woodhouse designer is free and online. Share your floor plan or photos and we help you choose pieces, sizes and finishes. Book your consultation.
Do you furnish complete villas or offices?
